4. Custom Orders

Custom fabric, canvas, and upholstery orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work. Please ensure measurements, colors, and materials are correct before finalizing the order.

5. Delivery and Completion

Estimated completion times will be provided. We aim to complete all projects on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before work has started.

  • Once work begins on custom projects, cancellations will not be accepted unless mutually agreed upon.

  • If cancellation is requested after work has started, a fee for time and materials may apply.

2. Refunds

  • Custom items (canvas, upholstery, etc.) are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work.

  • If there is a mistake or defect with the product or service provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will make arrangements for repair or replacement.

  • No refunds will be provided for labor or materials once services have been rendered.
